Mushrooms manipulation tips

Here we find some basic advice:

- Always buy your mushrooms from a reliable source, picking wild mushrooms should only be done by an expert mushroom hunter
- Don't close the mushrooms in a plastic bag, place them in a paper bag or covered with kitchen roll paper in a tray and keep them in the fridge
- Don't wash mushrooms until you are ready to use them
- You can wet wipe  or brush up the soil from almost any kind of mushrooms
- When rehydrating dehydrated mushrooms don't waste washing water, use it as a base for stocks and stews
