Viandas is a place for food lovers - an open window from which I share with you information and stories that I come across while I try to find the secrets behind pleasure of good eating.
From my watchtower in the exciting and multicultural London, I keep carrying a mission: To spread the massive gastronomic heritage of my country of origin: Galicia in North West of Spain. 

I love showing you what's going on with the Spanish culinary scene in the UK, so  I always keep my eyes and ears open to catch the best for you.

Yes! I talk a lot  about mushrooms... Be aware, when you get initiated in this  mysterious kingdom, neither animal or vegetable, then  you can't stop cooking them.

And Yes! I'm curious about science behind food, so be prepare for some serious "white coat" stuff.
